GLADWIN― Gladwin topped Houghton Lake on Wednesday night in their season opener 41-32.
Seth Mead led the way for the Flying G’s with 14 points, seven rebounds and two steals.
Houghton Lake’s top scorers were Dakota Matulewicz and Tyler Bailey with 11 points on the night.
The Flying G’s will host again on Friday against Harrison.
