Traverse City Area Public Schools has started construction on a new indoor fieldhouse, which will cost $17.5 million and span 125,000 square feet. The facility will include a six-lane track, a multipurpose turf field, and batting cages, and will be open to both students and the public. The project is expected to be completed by the 2027-2028 school year and is funded by a combination of school district resources and private donations.
