Brisket, ribs and chicken — oh my!
It’s all smoked daily on site at Primos in Cadillac West by two cousins who have come a very long way in a very short amount of time: swapping out the food truck they rolled out just last year, for a brick and mortar location where they churn out the same sweet stuff that made them successful.
Whether it’s your destination or just a ‘pit stop’ on your journey North, you’re sure to scare up some good grub here!
